All Pillar To Post inspectors are members of regional, state, national and provincial associations across the United States and Canada, and all inspections are conducted within the Standards of Practice of these associations.

* Very limited in visual scope, it is strongly recommended to have a qualified septic or well contractor review in depth the systems and components that our inspectors would not be allowed to review due to the necessity of being intrusive, removing covers, and disassembling components as well as water testing.
** We can schedule a 3rd party, licensed pest control company to do a WDI (Wood Destroying Insect) report while we have the home open.
